Shanghai Boutique Hotel
During my time at Zerolab we were hired on to be the executive architect for a 56 room Boutique Hotel in a historic building on the famous Nanjing Road in Shanghai. As the project lead our team was responsible for creating construction drawings, local engineering coordination and procurement of local contractors to build mockups and eventual project execution. The FF&F package was also locally sourced and we oversaw final mockups and vendor review before final production.
