Greener Stores China…
In 2018 I began a grassroots journey to push for a sustainability program that was both relevant and achievable for Starbucks China. It was a cross functional effort to influence and spread ideas but we wanted elements we could market and that resonate with customers in order to grow new habits.
The goal was to create a few test stores in several key markets that could hyper focus around energy and waste. The overarching goal was to reduce our impact on the environment and give back to our communities, partners and customers with a look to the future.
